Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of related work experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and check-in of clients upon arrival.
• Process intakes, scheduling, auditing and uploading documents to client health records.
• Verify insurance with third parties (Medicaid and others) and assist with financial reviews.
• Answer calls and direct to the appropriate staff.
• Attend meetings onsite and offsite as assigned.
• Maintain a neat, organized workspace and support other staff as needed.
