Compass Group USA’s TouchPoint unit is hiring patient server staff at Ascension Via Christi St Francis in Wichita, KS. We offer both full-time and part-time shifts with mornings and evenings and rotating weekends. You will serve meals, assemble trays, respect dietary needs, and collaborate with nursing staff to meet patient needs.

Prior experience is preferred; training provided. Associates may access a range of benefits and career development opportunities within a supportive healthcare

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
• Computer technical skills to operate hospital systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take menu selections from patients and deliver trays.
• Assemble trays according to patient menu on tickets.
• Coordinate with nursing staff to ensure diet prescriptions and needs are met.
• Retrieve trays from patient rooms and maintain accurate patient information.
• Adhere to HACCP, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
