Job summary

TouchPoint Support Services, serving Ascension Health hospitals across the U.S., is hiring a Patient Server in Wichita, KS. You will assist with patient meals, tray assembly and delivery, and accommodate dietary needs while upholding safety and sanitation standards.

This full-time role requires the ability to lift up to 100 pounds, strong communication, and a willingness to train. Schedule is 11:00 am to 7:30 pm with rotating weekends; online applications are accepted.

Qualifications

• Prior food service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for patient food service on assigned units, including menu selections, tray assembly, tray delivery and pick-up, special requests and needs.
• Interacts with nursing staff to ensure patients' diet prescriptions are accurate and patients' food needs are met.
• Maintains a clean, sanitary working environment and adheres to HACCP guidelines.
