Qualifications

• Requires experience in customer service within a healthcare setting.
• EHR experience is a plus and medical terminology knowledge is preferred.
• Experience with process improvement or lean philosophy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients with a welcoming, empathetic demeanor.
• Check in patients for appointments and collect co-pays; verify insurance information.
• Use EPIC to update patient records and ensure accuracy of data.
