Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Patient Service Specialist in West Columbia, SC to handle front desk duties and patient flow within an outpatient physical therapy center. You will greet patients, register them, and guide them through the visit, including scheduling and answering inquiries at checkout.

Responsibilities include coordinating with insurers, attorneys, and translation services, as well as collecting co-pays and validating coverage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of front desk experience.
• Insurance verification experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about their visit and next appointment when they check out.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and by phone.
• Coordinate with attorneys, insurance companies, and translation services, market operational leaders and business development team.
• Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications.
