SimonMed Imaging is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to welcome patients, verify insurance, collect demographics, and guide them through the admissions process with empathy and efficiency.

You will support front desk operations, handle scheduling and registrations, maintain accurate records in EMR systems, and work with clinical and operational teams to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service, patient access, medical office, or call center experience preferred.
• Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, or healthcare registration processes preferred.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with EMR/PM systems preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
