Job summary

SimonMed Imaging is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to guide patients through admission at our imaging centers with accuracy, empathy, and efficiency. You will greet patients, verify insurance, and process documentation to start each visit smoothly.

In this fast-paced role, you will collaborate with clinical and administrative teams, handle scheduling and registrations, and maintain detailed patient records in our EMR/PM systems. A patient-first mindset and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service or medical office experience preferred
• Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, or healthcare registration processes preferred
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working with EMR/PM systems preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required

You're a Strong Fit if You Have
