Lumexa Imaging, Inc. is seeking a Patient Service Representative Supervisor in Plano, TX to lead patient service operations at our imaging facility.

The role involves interviewing patients, collecting demographic and financial information, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and communicating patient financial responsibilities. The supervisor will train and onboard new staff, participate in recruiting, lead meetings, manage timecards, and drive performance improvements through QA

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years office experience in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead training and onboarding of new team members.
• Recruit, interview and hire staff.
• Lead staff meetings and one-on-ones.
• Review timecards and approve them.
• Conduct performance evaluations and development plans.
• Define job responsibilities and priorities.

Touchstone Medical Imaging is actively searching for a Patient Service Representative Supervisor to join our team at our location in Plano, TX.
The Patient Service Representative Supervisor is responsible for creating and maintaining a positive, welcoming environment for all patients, families, and visitors while performing the requested duties. These duties will include interviewing patients and/or families to obtain all demographic and financial information, scheduling and confirming patient appointments, verifying patient insurance, explaining financial responsibility to patient or patient representative, and collecting same-day payments.

Additional Responsibilities

• Manages the training and onboarding of new team members
• Participates in the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring process
• Leads regular staff meetings and associate one-on-ones
• Monitors and approves timecards
• Initiates and participates in staff performance evaluations and on-going development of team members including performance improvement plans, disciplinary actions and/ or terminations when necessary
• Defines job responsibilities/specialty tasks and priorities
• Develops and monitors the teams’ performance through a QA process
• Establishes employee schedules to provide for planned time off, ensuring appropriate staffing levels and adequate department coverage (5%)
• Completes other tasks and projects as assigned

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years office experience in a healthcare setting
