Join our Patient Service Representative team

• Provide clerical/office support within a physician clinic, including reception, telephone, medical records, charge entry, referrals, and retrieval of medical information from internal and external sources.
• Support through communicating and collaborating with healthcare team and patients/families to meet physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
• Demonstrate personal accountability for relationship-based care, organizational mission, and core values.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates will need:

• Previous work experience demonstrating basic office and computer skills, including filing, telephone answering, reception, and basic knowledge of software such as Microsoft Word, Email, Excel.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Physical Requirements: Sedentary work involving prolonged sitting and occasional exertion/lifting up to 10 lbs.
