Patient Service Representative PRN (As Needed)

Join us as a Patient Service Representative PRN (As Needed) at Solis Mammography.

Work Location: 5757 Main Street, Suite 102, Frisco, TX 75034

Work Hours: PRN As Needed, 2 days a week, Monday-Friday 6:45am-4:30pm, Saturday 7:30am-12:00pm

Average Weekly Hours: 8 hours

Qualifications Needed
  • High School diploma
  • Preferred: Two years of healthcare registration or customer service experience
  • Basic cash handling knowledge
  • Preferred: Medical terminology knowledge
  • Ability to read, write, and understand instructions
  • Basic math skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office; RIS software knowledge preferred
Daily Responsibilities
  • Greet and register patients accurately, including inputting demographic and insurance data into RIS
  • Explain and assist with form completion
  • Handle paperwork and maintain confidentiality
  • Collect patient payments and verify insurance when necessary
  • Prepare paperwork for upcoming appointments
  • Ensure diagnostic tests have proper orders and follow up on requests
  • Schedule and reschedule patients as needed
  • Generate and reconcile daily invoices
  • Participate in front office training and policy updates
