Mercy Pediatrics Clinic Old Tesson Road is seeking a Patient Service Representative to be the first point of contact for patients and visitors. You will manage front desk operations and workflows to ensure a positive, seamless patient experience.
The role emphasizes strong communication, basic computer skills, data entry, and the ability to work in a high-volume environment while maintaining confidentiality and accurate Epic charting. Full-time, 36 hours weekly, day shift.
Medical Assistants (MA) in the medical office setting supports providers by delivering direct and indirect patient care in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner. The MA may assist with clinical procedures, maintains accurate documentation, and provides administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. The MA functions within their defined scope of practice (based on office type clinic/HOD), under supervision, and in alignment with Mercy's mission and standards of care.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: One year of applicable medical office experience.
