An established industry player is seeking a Patient Service Representative to join their team. Summary:
The Patient Service Representative (PSR) – MMCP MHMG role greets patients in a friendly and courteous manner, answers telephones, schedules appointments, and performs other overall general office duties as assigned. The PSR will also collect, verify, enter, and monitor patient data while complying with the federal, state and MaineHealth confidentiality policies. This is a part time position, 24 hours per week.
