Job summary

University Hospitals in Mentor, Ohio seeks an Administrative Support professional in the pediatric speech department. The role focuses on patient registration, scheduling, and maintaining PHI compliance.

Must occasionally travel and work with physicians and staff to ensure efficient operations. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of PSR-1 experience, strong medical customer service skills, a High School diploma or GED, and solid typing and computer abilities.

Qualifications

• Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients. Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in the workplace.
