Qualifications

  • 1+ years' experience as PSR-1.
  • Customer service experience, preferably in healthcare.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Detail oriented with basic computer skills.
  • ICD9 coding knowledge preferred.
  • Demonstrates leadership and supports staff and patients.

What You Will Do

Additional Responsibilities
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Complies with all policies and standards.

  • Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients. Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in the workplace.
Education
  • High School Equivalent / GED (Required)
Work Experience
  • 1+ years experience as PSR-1. (Required) and
  • Customer service experience, preferably in the medical field. (Required)
