Job summary

The University of California - Los Angeles Health seeks a role that directly supports physicians and patients in assigned primary and/or specialty care programs. You will act as a liaison, help patients access services, and coordinate with referring physicians within the health system.

Key duties include assisting patients, facilitating communication with referring physicians, and following up via telephone and EPIC/Care Connect. Salary is reported as a range per hour.

• Knowledge of hospital computer system, and personal computer systems and the various software products to perform administrative work.
• Familiarity and knowledge of authorization process & managed care programs

Major duties include but are not limited to:

• Acting as a liaison for the patients and physicians in the practice.
• Assisting patients in accessing service within the health system.
• Facilitating communication with referring physicians.
• Referring patients to appropriate resources and providing follow-up through telephone and EPIC/Care Connect

Salary Range: $31.88 - $45.66/hourly
