Position Overview

Granger Medical Clinic has an immediate opening for an experienced full-time Patient Services Representative in our Pain & Spine department at our West Jordan and Cottonwood Heights locations (will work at both). This position requires fluency in English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients courteously and professionally.
• Answer telephones in a professional manner.
• Schedule appointments according to established procedures.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, staff, and patients regarding appointments and needs.
• Record demographic information and bill insurance for services.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous medical billing or office experience preferred.
• Experience in scheduling appointments.
• Professional phone manner.
• Excellent customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate fluently in English and Spanish.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

• Sedentary work with lifting up to 10 lbs.
• Repetitive motions related to operating office equipment.
• Indoor, climate-controlled environment.
