Aurora Medical Group is seeking a Patient Service Representative to join the ambulatory care team in Wisconsin. In this role you will support providers, connect with patients, and help ensure a seamless, compassionate experience for every visit.
Key duties include patient services at arrival and by phone, billing information entry at the time of service, and maintaining accurate medical records. High school diploma and 1–2 years of customer service experience required.

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday - either 6:30am - 3:15pm or 8:30am - 5pm. Wednesday - either 7:45am - 3:15pm or 8:30am - 5pm.
