Town Center Dental is looking for a Patient Service Representative in Suwanee, GA to join our clinical team by providing a high level of patient care and satisfaction in a team-based environment. We pride ourselves on offering comprehensive, personalized care in a warm and welcoming setting, prioritizing patient comfort and advanced treatments for optimal oral health.

Full-time position: Monday 8:45am - 5pm, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 7:45am - 5pm, and Friday 7:45am - 2pm

Position Overview:

This role is ideal for someone passionate about customer service, eager to learn, and interested in starting a career in the dental field. The Patient Service Representative supports staff and patients by answering phones, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and assisting with treatment plan payments and financial arrangements. Flexibility in handling various tasks assigned by staff or the Office Manager is essential. Join us to make a meaningful impact on patients’ lives through exceptional oral care.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly upon arrival and departure
• Respond to patient questions and concerns per DCA Policies
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Maintain and confirm appointments, follow up on no-shows or cancellations
• Register patients and post charges/payments to accounts
• Check voicemail daily
• Maintain a clean and welcoming waiting area

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a dental office preferred
• Knowledge of insurance plans (HMO/PPO) is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills
