Serving as a primary point of contact for patients, providers, insurance companies, and internal departments, you will help patients navigate billing questions, insurance concerns, payment options, and account-related issues with professionalism and empathy.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, communicating with a variety of people, and helping patients understand complex healthcare and financial information.
