Kelly Services is currently seeking experienced Patient Service Representatives for one of our top clients in Puyallup WA.

Pay Rate: $15.50 per hour

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Directly interacts with a variety of customers daily.
• Processes healthcare authorizations that are approved.
• Place outbound calls and receive calls to schedule customer’s appointments.
• Ensures accurate data entry and completion of authorization data from referral/authorization forms, medical documentation, and existing data contained in the medical management system and customer information.
• Contacts providers to obtain missing medical documentation to assure compliance with timelines.
• Provides back-up by phone to facilitate patient transfers as requested.
• Works in a detailed, multi-tasked and fast-paced production environment.
