Job summary

Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group in Park Ridge, IL, is seeking a customer service oriented front desk coordinator to greet patients, provide information, and coordinate with other departments. This role supports appointment scheduling and front-desk operations in a healthcare setting.

The position requires a high school diploma and at least one year in customer service; six months in health care preferred; BLS certificate preferred.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $17.20 to $24.26. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
