Job summary

Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group in Plainfield, IL seeks a full-time Front Desk Clerk for the Family Practice area. You will greet patients, provide information, and coordinate appointments with other departments.

Day shift, Monday–Friday, with a focus on customer service excellence. The role requires a high school diploma and at least one year of customer service experience; health care exposure and a current BLS certificate are preferred.

• Six months experience in a health care setting and office equipment preferred.
• Current BLS certificate preferred.
