Long Wharf Dental in New Haven, Connecticut, seeks a Patient Service Representative to join our clinical team. You will greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments and assist with treatment planning and billing.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and create a welcoming check-in/out experience.
• Answer patient questions according to DCA policies.
• Answer telephones and triage inquiries.
• Schedule and manage appointments; maintain appointment book.
• Confirm and follow up on appointments and no-shows.
• Register patients at sign-in; post charges/payments to accounts.
• Check voicemail daily and keep waiting area orderly.

Long Wharf Dental is looking for a Patient Service Representative in New Haven,Connecticut, to join our clinical team by providing a high level of patient care and satisfaction while operating team-based environment. Position Overview:

This position is perfect for someone with a passion for providing outstanding customer service, a willingness to learn, and desired to get started in the dental field. environment. The person will be a support person to all the staff members and patients in his/her office. They will answer phones, handle patient inquiries, make appointments, and assist with the completion of the patient’s treatment plans through acceptable financial arrangements while being flexible in handling requests and projects assigned by other staff and/or the Office Manager. Responsibilities

• Customer Service; acknowledge, smile and greet patients upon arrival/dismissal
• Respond to patient questions and or concerns according to DCA Policies
• Answering Telephones

• Follow up on no shows/cancellation of Appointments
• Register Patients on sign in sheet
• Post charges and payments to patient accountsChecking voicemail on a daily basis
