Job summary

Eye Health Vision Centers in Dartmouth is seeking an administrative professional to support patient intake, scheduling, and data entry across multiple sites. You will assist with patient payments and maintain accurate medical records in the practice management system.

  • Organize and maintain medical records.
  • Miscellaneous administrative tasks including scheduling, transportation, filing, faxing.

Eye Health Vision Centers have been proudly providing the Dartmouth, Fairhaven, Fall River, Taunton MA and Middletown RI communities with advanced technology and eye care services for over four decades.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Patient registration, scheduling, data entry and processing.
  • Educates patients regarding benefits and collects patient payments, at point of service.
  • Complete and accurate management of patient data in practice management system.
  • Verify health insurances and obtain referrals.
  • Organize and maintain medical records.
  • Miscellaneous administrative tasks including, but not limited to scheduling, transportation, filing, faxing, etc.
  • Must have a clear understanding of company policies including the company manual
