Greenstein Dental in Clinton, MD is seeking a Patient Service Representative to join our clinical team, delivering high‑quality patient care in a warm, team‑based environment. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of dental office experience and strong customer service skills; full-time schedule Monday–Thursday 8am–5pm.

Responsibilities

• Customer service; acknowledge, smile and greet patients upon arrival/dismissal.
• Respond to patient questions and concerns according to policies.

• Maintaining appointment book and confirming appointments.
• Post charges and payments to patient accounts.
• Follow up on no-shows and cancellations.
• Register patients on sign-in sheet and manage waiting area.
