Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Patient Service Representative in Naperville to join a busy, patient-facing team. The role supports registration, scheduling, patient accounts and cash handling in a full-time capacity, with hours Mon-Fri and rotating Saturdays.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a healthcare setting, strong data entry skills, knowledge of health insurance and medical terminology, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Associates degree in Business Administration/Management preferred.
• 2+ years of registration, scheduling, patient accounts, cash handling or healthcare customer service experience.
• Knowledge of health insurances, medical terminology and anatomy.
• Strong data entry and keyboarding skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bilingual skills.
• Valid driver’s license if duties include off-site location work.
