Job summary

HHS is seeking a patient service leader in Toledo, OH to manage a culinary patient-services team at Bon Secours St Vincent Medical Center. You will ensure food quality, safety, and nourishment while delivering hospitality-centered service to patients and families.

The role requires recruiting, training, and coaching staff, coordinating education on nutritional needs, and improving patient satisfaction. A Serve Safe certification or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a team and in customer service.
• Computer experience with word processing, spreadsheets, and various software.
• Must be willing to relocate for promotion opportunities.
• Must have or be willing to obtain a valid Serve Safe certification or equivalent.
• Certified Dietary Manager, Registered Dietitian, or Licensed Dietitian preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections, patient rounding, assessments, coaching, and counsel team members
