HHS is seeking an Ops Director of Housekeeping at Bon Secours Defiance Hospital in Defiance, OH. This in-person, full-time role leads a team to deliver a safe, clean, and patient-centered environment.

You will train and coach staff, manage schedules, monitor quality, and collaborate with leadership to meet budget and compliance goals, with opportunities for advancement and relocation as promotions arise.
