Talentify is seeking a Patient Service Specialist at our outpatient physical therapy center in Peachtree City, GA. This full-time, weekday position starts at 16/hr and involves front desk tasks, patient check-in/out, scheduling, and coordinating with insurers and attorneys.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year front desk experience required.
• 1 year medical office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about their visit and next appointment.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone.
• Coordinate with attorneys, insurance companies, translation services, and internal teams.
• Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals, and perform insurance authorizations and verifications.
