Job summary

Blue Cloud Pediatric Surgery Centers in Tampa, FL seeks a Patient Service Coordinator to greet patients, register families, and manage daily appointments. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and providing necessary forms and information to patients and families.

The coordinator will escalate issues as needed and support a busy dental/medical office environment in a pediatric ASC setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of customer service in a high-volume dental or medical office setting.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with clear communication.
• Computer skills including word processing and spreadsheets.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

YOU HAVE (Requirements + Qualifications)
