You will float to West Mifflin, Mercy, Monroeville, and McKeesport locations, performing front desk tasks and assisting providers as needed. This role emphasizes patient interaction and coordinated scheduling.

Qualifications

• Experience greeting and registering patients, scheduling appointments, and collecting co-pays.
• Ability to verify insurance and explain processes to patients.
• Experience taking vital signs, rooming patients, and assisting clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients; schedule appointments and collect co-pays.
