RadNet is seeking a Patient Service Representative to join our outpatient team. You will greet patients, collect insurance information, and ensure accurate documentation at the front desk. This role supports scheduling, payments, and patient flow in a fast-paced imaging center.

The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent communication, professionalism, and a strong customer-service mindset, with experience in medical terminology or radiology settings preferred. Employment is full-time and onsite.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience delivering exceptional customer service.
• Medical terminology knowledge or radiology office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Verify insurance and patient information; collect signatures and complete documentation.
• Collect and log co-pays and fees.
• Answer and transfer incoming calls; schedule and update appointments.
• Educate patients on preparatory steps and safety protocols; provide directions.
• Coordinate with back-office staff to ensure timely patient care.
• Maintain patient privacy and protect PHI and on-site medications.
