McLeod Health is seeking a patient services staff member to support check-in/out, scheduling, and coordination of care across the department.
The role involves direct and indirect patient interactions before, during, and after appointments, collaboration with clinicians, and a commitment to excellent customer relations. Responsibilities include data entry, EMR navigation, and maintaining safety and cleanliness within the department.
Assist the department with a variety of tasks including but not limited to direct and indirect patient interaction before, during, and after an appointment. Staff member will assist clinicians as needed during patient visits and may assist with triage of caseload. Staff member may assist with answering phone calls to the department and is expected to adhere to providing excellent customer relations.
