Job summary

Clinical Pathology Laboratories, Inc. is hiring for a front desk role at our Austin lab. You will greet patients, check them in, answer calls, and enter patient data into lab systems.

This full-time first shift position emphasizes customer service, safety, and accuracy. Excellent communication and ability to multitask are essential, along with a valid driver's license and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients as they enter the Patient Service Center.

• Assist Phlebotomists with gathering tubes and supplies needed for drawing patients.
• Champion safety, compliance, and quality control.

In This Role, You Will
