Job summary

Morrison Living, part of Compass Group USA, seeks patient servers for full‑time and part‑time shifts at Masonic Pathways in Alma, MI. The role supports patient food service, tray assembly and delivery, and special diet accommodations with care and hospitality.

You will work with a compassionate culinary team, follow HIPAA and dietary guidelines, and maintain a clean, safe dining environment while delivering excellent service to patients and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds.
• Computer technical skills to operate hospital systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Exhibits a friendly, caring attitude to patients when taking menu selections and delivering trays.
• Takes patients' menu selections prior to each meal.
• Complies with dietary restrictions and dietary order guidelines.
• Assembles trays according to menu selections in a timely and accurate manner.
• Interacts with nursing staff to ensure patients' diets are met.
• Maintains a clean, sanitary working environment.
