Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is seeking patient servers to support patient meals and service on assigned units at Baptist Memorial Golden Triangle in Columbus, MS. Both full-time and part-time roles are available with shifts between early morning and evening.

No prior experience is required; training will be provided. You will assemble and deliver trays, accommodate dietary needs, and maintain a clean, safe work environment while adhering to HIPAA and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Computer skills to operate hospital systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with menu selections and tray assembly for patients.
• Deliver trays to assigned units and retrieve them after meals.
• Ensure dietary restrictions are followed and note any changes.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in work areas per HACCP and policy.
• Communicate patient-related issues to nursing staff promptly.
• Support dietitians with monitoring patient meal needs.
