Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and schedule procedures and office visits.
• Take messages and screen calls.
• Check insurance carriers for plan participation.
• Enter new insurance information as needed.
• Update patient information for data integrity.
• Operate standard office equipment like computers and copiers.
• Maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Communicate with physicians regarding scheduling preferences.
