Job summary

Tri-City Cardiology is seeking a front office registrar to greet patients, verify insurance and demographic info, and manage discharge scheduling. You will schedule tests, follow-ups, and referrals, ensuring accurate data entry and timely appointments.

The role involves cash handling, patient communications, and use of Practice Management software in a busy clinic in Gilbert, AZ. Monday–Friday schedules with a start as early as 6:45 a.m. and end by 5:30 p.m.

Qualifications

• One year of front office medical receptionist experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 40 wpm typing.
• Knowledge of basic computer and math skills.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi task.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients.
• Provide financial information and support.
• Verify demographic and insurance information.
• Schedule patient appointments for testing and follow ups.
• Print appointment reminders and manage scheduling tasks.
• Enroll patients in the Patient Portal.
