Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and courteously to patient inquiries and collaborate with supervisor on concerns.
• Manage daily workflow in the company database and generate reports.
• Follow Medicare guidelines including LUPA and supervisory visits.
• Match patients with field staff based on skills and personality.
• Address missed, declined, or reassigned visits with field staff.
• Support coworkers and participate in on-call requirements.

Location: Kettering, OH Compensation: Starting at $18.00 an Hour!

Schedule: Monday - Friday 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm | Saturday & Sunday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm | Holiday Rotation Will be Discussed by Manager Training is Monday - Friday 8:15am - 5:00pm at our Kettering, OH location for 4-6 weeks then you will transition to remote.

MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Customer Service: Responds promptly and courteously to all patients' inquiries or problems and collaborate with administrator/supervisor regarding client concerns or complaints.
• Operations: Manage daily workflow in company database and process daily and weekly reports.
• Policies: Follow Medicare guidelines including: Low Utilization Payment Adjustment (LUPA), Re-assessment, and 13/19 supervisory visits.
• Collaboration: Match patients with a field staff member by determining best match in clinical skill sets and personality.
• Compliance: Address missed, declined, unverified, and reassigned visits with field staff.
• Teamwork: Support co-workers and participate in on-call requirements.

HARD & SOFT SKILLS

Compassionate communicator with a positive attitude. Patience is a virtue when working with patients, families, physicians, and coworkers. Attention to detail is critical, as is being observant and following directions. Problem solving and create solutions to drive to a course of action.

REQUIREMENTS

• High-School graduate or equivalent.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• At least one year of experience in the Health Care industry and experience in home care is desirable.
• Capable of all physical demands.
