Orthopedic Physicians Alaska seeks a Patient Scheduling Specialist, or Patient Advocate, to join our team dedicated to patient-centered service. You will handle calls, emails, and in-person requests, scheduling patients with providers and collaborating with staff to resolve questions and concerns promptly and respectfully.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with medical providers and staff to ensure best outcomes for patients.
