Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to patients.
• Answer patient calls, schedule patient appointments, and complete precertification and verification tasks.
• Educate patients on insurance coverage limits and options.
• Collect deposits and co-pays.
• Work closely with the billing and other departments providing services.
