Job summary

Rezolut Imaging is seeking a Patient Scheduler to join our team. You will deliver outstanding customer service by accurately scheduling appointments and responding to information requests, helping patients and physicians coordinate care.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of medical scheduling experience, strong communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with PC systems. This full-time role offers PTO, holidays, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of medical scheduling experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with PC systems and applications.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments, cancellations, and confirmations.
• Provide the first available appointment by matching patient preferences with scheduling guidelines.
• Collect and verify basic registration, demographic, and insurance information.
• Process multi-channel messages related to patient and physician requests.
• Functions as a team member to organize and prioritize responsibilities to complete daily work assignments.
• Support radiologists, technologists, co-workers, patients, and referring physician offices as needed.
