Rezolut Imaging is seeking a Patient Scheduler to join our team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service by accurately scheduling appointments and responding to information requests.

Ideal candidates are self-directed learners with strong written and verbal communication, high attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of medical scheduling experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Answer inbound and make outbound calls to schedule, cancel, and confirm appointments.
• Provide first available appointments matching patient preferences with scheduling guidelines.
• Collect and verify basic registration, demographics, and insurance information.
• Coordinate multi-channel messages related to patient and physician requests.
• Support radiologists, technologists, co-workers, patients, and referring offices as needed.
