The ideal candidate has strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work with limited supervision. Prior medical scheduling experience is preferred, and proficiency with PC systems is expected.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of prior medical scheduling experience preferred.
• Proficiency with PC systems, tools, and applications.

Aufgaben

• Answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls to complete appointment scheduling, cancellation, and confirmation requests.
• Provide the first available appointment by matching patient preferences with scheduling guidelines.
• Collect and coordinate basic registration, demographic, and insurance information.
• Process multi-channel messages related to patient and physician requests.
• Prioritize responsibilities and collaborate with radiologists, technologists, coworkers, patients, and referring offices.
