Medstar Radiology Network in Bel Air, MD, is seeking a Scheduler I to join our patient-focused imaging team. This entry-level role supports patient coordination, registration, and scheduling in a Monday–Friday 8:30–5pm schedule at our Bel Air center.

We value strong communication, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to excellent patient care. Training is provided; remote work is possible for select roles in this organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work independently and multitask.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Experience with Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and registers patients and coordinates appointments.
• Handles phone inquiries and patient scheduling.
• Manages inventory and medical records.
• Coordinates patient flow and supports front-desk duties.
