Qualifications

• Two years of scheduling, clerical, office, or healthcare related work experience.
• Certification/licensure from CCMA, CMA, RMA, NCMA, NRCMA, MAC, AAHP, or MO LPN required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate complex scheduling for services and templates.
• Coordinate overall scheduling to optimize resources and minimize patient wait times.
• Use IT programs for scheduling, documentation, and patient information.
• Serve as primary contact for patients, providing clear information about procedures.
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts while maintaining high service levels.
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff for timely communication.
• Document clinical information and follow protocols within scope of practice.
• May perform unit/department duties as outlined.
