HealthPartners is seeking a Patient Safety Technician to join the Central Hospital Operations team in Bloomington, MN. The role focuses on continuous telemetry monitoring, video surveillance, and supporting virtual nursing workflows to ensure patient safety and high-quality care.

Responsibilities include interpreting rhythm changes, escalating to bedside teams, and documenting events. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, follows instructions, and works well within a fast-paced clinical

Qualifications

• Completion of CNA program or equivalent nursing assistant experience.
• RN/LPN clinical rotation within one year may qualify.
• EMT role with at least 1 year EMS experience qualifies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cardiac telemetry for rhythms and arrhythmias.
• Provide video monitoring and support virtual nursing workflows.
• Accurately document rhythm interpretations and alarm events.
