The role emphasizes flexible, professional communication and teamwork in a hybrid, Monday–Friday schedule. A clinical background and 2–5 years of experience are preferred; Bachelor's degree is required, with certifications like CPHQ or CPPS preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2–5 years of experience in patient safety or clinical risk management preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills required.

Responsibilities

• Focus on root causes and prevention of errors; coordinate safety initiatives and performance improvement projects.
• Educate and coach teams and leaders to improve patient safety and clinical quality.
• Support risk management activities including risk assessment, mitigation, and investigations for pending claims and litigation.
• Provide input on continual advancement of the patient safety program and risk management.
• Maintain safety-sensitive awareness and operate in a safe manner as an essential function.
