Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in risk management, patient safety, or quality improvement.
• RN or other clinical background preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage event intake and triage, reviewing reports and ensuring timely follow-up.
• Lead investigations with interviews and medical record review.
• Track adverse event data and identify risk-prone processes.
• Coordinate on-call coverage and provide staff with guidance.
• Prepare investigation reports and support regulatory reporting.
