Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years job-related experience.
• CPHRM (Certified Professional Healthcare Risk Manager) preferred.
• Travel required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and provides direct clinical support for patient safety and risk management.
• Manages Patient Safety Evaluation System activities and PSWP.
• Supports risk management department strategies and operations.
• Collaborates with clinical providers and leadership to improve processes and reduce adverse events.
• Performs proactive risk assessments and recommends preventive solutions to minimize harm.
